What do you need from me?
Three things: the vehicle, where it is parked, and a time. That is the whole booking. We bring the equipment and the products. If there is an outside tap we can reach, we will use it. If there is not, we have a rinseless method that gets the same finish out of a couple of gallons in a bucket, so an apartment lot or an office space works fine.
Do I have to be there?
No, and most people are not. Customers leave the keys or leave the car unlocked and get on with their day. All we need is safe access to the vehicle at the time you booked. You get a confirmation with the arrival window, and we let you know when the job is done.
When do I pay?
When the job is finished, not when you book. There is no deposit and nothing to pay up front. Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay and invoice are all fine, and the price is confirmed before we start rather than adjusted once we are on your driveway.
What if the weather turns?
We reschedule, and it costs you nothing. We will not detail a car in conditions that mean the work will not hold, and we contact you as early as we can rather than turning up and starting anyway.
What does it look like when you finish?
Carpets and mats vacuumed, hard surfaces wiped down, glass clear, and the exterior washed and dressed depending on the package. Every job finishes with a fresh floor mat and a plastic steering wheel cover left in place, so it feels clean when you open the door.
